Theranostics is among the most promising and rapidly advancing areas of oncology.
Ascinta develops the software and provides the expertise that make radiopharmaceutical therapy more personalized, more scalable, and more widely accessible.
Ascinta is built on decades of research and operational experience at the frontier of quantitative nuclear imaging. Our research legacy is rooted in Vancouver’s nuclear medicine and imaging ecosystem, which for more than half a century helped develop and validate many of the methods the field relies on today, across image reconstruction, quantification, radiopharmaceutical dosimetry, and AI-based processing.
Working at that frontier, we encountered the same gap repeatedly: quantification methods and models developed in research were not reaching clinical practice, and the quantitative information contained in PET and SPECT images remained “locked”, rarely used to improve patient care.
Closing that gap is our purpose. By combining rigorous science, modern software engineering, and expert services, we turn images into actionable data and insights, from acquisition and calibration through quantification to the final report - so that drug development and patient treatment decisions are more informed.
A legacy in quantitative nuclear imaging and therapy, AI-driven image computing, and theranostics — combining scientific knowledge with clinical insight.

We put people first — caring for one another, helping each other succeed, and prioritizing the well-being of patients, clients, and peers.
We challenge conventions and embrace creative thinking to develop transformative solutions.
We welcome new ideas and diverse perspectives, form strong partnerships, and respect personal choice and autonomy.
We hold to the highest ethical standards in every decision and action, and we stand with the research community.
We are driven by a deep commitment to science, progress, and the pursuit of meaningful impact.
// our mission To elevate cancer care through technologies that enable personalized and accessible radiopharmaceutical therapies.
// our foundational belief Rigorous science, forward thinking, and collaboration are cornerstones of meaningful contributions to healthcare.
Every method is grounded in evidence, validated against reference standards, and held to the highest scientific quality.
We pair first-principles thinking with the execution discipline to turn ambitious ideas into deployable, real-world tools.
We actively partner with academia, healthcare institutions, and industry to advance new ideas and transform standard of care.
A shared set of operating principles that shape how we build, decide, and collaborate every day.
We build thought-out solutions and favor clarity over ambiguity. We think things through, and never shy away from hard work that matters.
We stay nimble. Rather than wait for a perfect answer or solution, we compartmentalize, ship, and improve one step at a time.
We aren't afraid of change or innovation. We anticipate challenges and opportunities before they arrive, rather than reacting once they do.
We listen, ask for second opinions, and learn from one another and from our partners — constantly.
We work as an extension of our partners' teams — bringing specialized expertise, tools, and algorithms to the people advancing radiopharmaceutical therapy.
Radiopharmaceutical developers who need trustworthy, quantitative imaging endpoints to guide dosing decisions and demonstrate efficacy.
Contract research organizations running imaging-intensive trials that demand standardized, reproducible analysis across sites and timepoints.
Clinical teams delivering radiopharmaceutical therapy who need dependable dosimetry and response assessment for every patient.
Investigators advancing the science, who need advanced tools and methodological support to turn ideas into evidence.
Whether you're a software, clinical, or research partner, we'd love to explore how we can work together — reach out and start the conversation.
